New Switzerland Gourmet Travel Brochure PDF Print

Switzerland Tourism just published an updated Gourmet Travel brochure. This beautiful 4-color, 55-page guide goes into detail about where to experience some of Switzerland's best culinary treasures in each region and includes special sections on Swiss cheeses, chocolates and wines. Also of note are the innovative sections on 'delicious trips' listing some truly unique gastronomic adventures such as dinner in a dining car shaped like a wine barrel and the inserts with insiders' tips and traditional local restaurants.

The Travel and Tourism Research Association (TTRA) South Central Chapter is presenting their 20th annual conference in New Orleans with, appropriately enough, culinary tourism as the central topic.
